Job Summary
The Beverage Manager is responsible for ensuring product availability, quality, cost effectiveness, compliance, and exceptional service across all beverage operations. This role oversees daily departmental activities, including supervising staff in bars, lounges, clubs, and other outlets, while enforcing responsible alcohol service policies. The manager will also manage beverage-related sponsorship agreements, foster strong relationships with sponsors and the client, and develop initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability. Key responsibilities include inventory management, budgeting, cost controls, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role involves collaboration with catering and event teams to meet financial objectives through product education, sales initiatives, and expense control.
Major Responsibility:
Maximize Levy’s revenue and operational excellence in beverage services by implementing and overseeing systems, policies, sponsorship relationships, and client engagement. Operational and system oversight. Financial management and budgeting. Leadership and staff management. Relationship and sponsorship management. Corporate representation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience combined with relevant work history.
- 3-5 years of senior-level food and beverage management experience within a complex operation such as arenas, convention centers, or stadiums.
- Expert command of the English language – both written and oral.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite .
