Job Summary
Lead the premium experience from the front line. The Director of Suites will oversee all suite-level food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance and operational excellence. This role will partner closely with culinary, operations, and client stakeholders to deliver best-in-class hospitality in a high-profile, fast-paced venue.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

7+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience in large-scale venues, hotels, or premium hospitality environments

3+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers or department heads

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight

Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities

Lead suite-level food and beverage operations across all events

Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of management teams

Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

Partner with culinary leadership to execute premium menus and service standards

Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company policies

Collaborate with sales and client services to support suite holder satisfaction
