Job Summary
The Retail Manager supports the General Manager or Director in overseeing daily retail operations. This role ensures compliance with client expectations, health regulations, and company standards while leading, training, and developing team members to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficient and consistent service
• Support planning and execution of special events and functions
• Maintain cash handling procedures and payroll records
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising frontline staff
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members
• Ensure all operational, financial, and compliance standards are met
• Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
• 2+ years of retail or food service management experience
• Experience in environments such as restaurants, hospitality, corporate dining, education, healthcare, or similar settings
• Strong understanding of cash handling and retail operations
• Retail marketing experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Associate degree preferred
