Job Summary
As the Director of Sponsorships, you will be responsible for shaping and executing sponsorship strategies for some of the world’s most renowned festivals and events. Drawing on your expertise in partnership development, marketing, and experiential activations, you will create innovative sponsorship programs that elevate guest experiences, drive brand visibility, and deliver measurable results through food and beverage while exceeding guests’ expectations through strong leadership and management skills and by living “The Levy Difference.”
Detailed Responsibilities
* Oversees full cycle sponsorship execution, ensuring compliance with contracts, festival guidelines and brand standards
* Represent Levy Festivals at industry events to enhance brand presence and secure new sponsorship opportunities
* Lead post-event reporting and ROI analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future collaborations
* Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
* Stays ahead of industry trends, identifying and implementing cutting-edge sponsorship strategies
* Ensures show quality standards are maintained at all times
* Executes required daily reporting in a timely manner
* Delivers exceptional sponsor support before, during and after events, fostering reputation for excellence
* Develop sponsorship plans that align with Levy Festival goals that drive brand visibility and revenue generation
* Innovate sponsorship activations that create immersive, multi-sensory experiences
* Act as the central point of contact between sponsors, festival partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of shared programs
* Other duties, as assigned
Job Requirements
* Previous leadership experience in Partnership/Brand Management/Sponsorships
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Brand Management or other related filed is preferred
* High level of computer literacy
* Understanding of financial concepts
* Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
