Job Summary

 

The Role

This isn’t your typical food & beverage leadership role.

 

The General Manager of Premium Clubs will lead the food, beverage, and hospitality experience across Intuit Dome’s exclusive premium club spaces. From Clippers games and sold-out concerts to private events, this leader will ensure every experience feels elevated, seamless, and unforgettable.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Lead all food & beverage operations within the premium clubs.
  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized hospitality experience for premium guests.
  • Be highly visible during events, engaging with guests and leading from the floor.
  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing management and service team.
  • Ensure clubs are event-ready with exceptional standards for food, beverage, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
  • Partner with Culinary, Beverage, HR, Finance, Purchasing, and venue leadership.
  • Drive financial results through labor management, forecasting, inventory controls, and revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain strong food safety, responsible alcohol service, cash control, and operational compliance.
  • Use guest feedback and operational results to continuously elevate the premium experience.

 

What You Bring

 

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in premium hospitality, restaurants, hotels, sports, entertainment, or luxury service.
  • Proven success leading high-volume food & beverage operations and large teams.
  • Strong financial and operational knowledge.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills.
  • A passion for creating memorable experiences and an eye for the details that make service feel truly premium.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, games, concerts, and special events.
