DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE, ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

Schedule:  Full time; requires about 50-60% travel. More details are available upon interviewing.  This is a remote position. The ideal candidate is based in Indianapolis or Detroit.

Job Summary

This individual will assist in the coordination of strategic and operational activities within the account by providing project support, coordination, collation of information, reporting and data analysis. They will enable, drive, and deliver strategic objectives and business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates existing business processes and makes specific recommendations to improve the operation
  • Provides support and assistance to the account in the ongoing reporting and development of network reporting, dashboard key performance indicators and operational reporting requirements
  • Drafts MBR/QBR presentations and establishes standardized client presentations
  • Liaises with project stakeholders, vendors and service providers as required to ensure the efficient delivery and maintenance of business performance solutions
  • Supports the account to provide efficient systems, accurate reporting structures and timely advice
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate experience in data mining and a proven ability to translate numbers into plain English for business use
  • Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills
