Salary: $85,000 - $90,000

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and elevate every dining experience.

  • Design and execute innovative menus, showcasing your creativity while upholding impeccable quality and presentation standards.

  • Oversee special events and high-volume service, ensuring flawless execution from prep to plate.

  • Mentor, train, and inspire a skilled culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

  • Manage budgets and cost controls while maintaining uncompromising culinary standards.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proven track record in high-end, high-volume kitchens with a passion for fine dining.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing catering or banquet operations.

  • Deep knowledge of culinary trends, food safety, and cost management.

  • ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain).
