Job Summary
Canteen is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and numbers-driven Field Support Analyst to join our team. This role provides day-to-day support to our Route Teams and Customer Service Managers, ensuring accurate operational execution and strong financial accountability. The Field Support Analyst is responsible for maintaining planogram integrity, conducting data analysis and product swaps, supporting financial reporting, managing fresh food ordering, and verifying product movement across all assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational support to Route Teams and Customer Service Managers.
- Maintain and update planograms to reflect product changes, trends, and customer needs.
- Conduct data analysis related to product movement, inventory, and operational performance.
- Process and manage product swaps across machines and accounts.
- Support financial reporting through data tracking, reconciliation, and variance identification.
- Assist with internal communications related to operational updates, product changes, and reporting needs.
- Coordinate fresh food ordering and ensure timely accuracy with vendors and operations.
- Verify product movement and resolve discrepancies by partnering with operations, warehouse, and route leadership.
- Troubleshoot issues related to product availability, machine-level concerns, or data inconsistencies.
- Maintain detailed documentation to support audits and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business, Analytics, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field preferred but not required.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, merchandising support, vending, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable reviewing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently while supporting field operations.
