We're looking for motivated, energetic, and team-oriented Bar Backs who thrive behind the scenes and play a critical role in supporting bar operations and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Job Summary

As a Bar Back, you will be an essential member of the beverage team, ensuring bartenders have the supplies, ingredients, and support needed to deliver exceptional service. From stocking products and preparing garnishes to maintaining cleanliness and organization, you'll help create a seamless experience for both guests and team members.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in organization and efficiency, and are interested in developing a career in hospitality and beverage operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by replenishing beer, wine, spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and supplies throughout service.
• Retrieve beverage products and bar inventory from storage areas and ensure bars remain fully stocked.
• Prepare fresh garnishes, juices, mixers, and beverage accompaniments according to Levy standards.
• Assist with bar setup before service and breakdown after service.
• Monitor beer systems and beverage stations to ensure proper functionality and product availability.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar areas throughout each shift.
• Assist bartenders with beverage preparation and service as permitted by company policy and local regulations.
• Deliver food items and other requested products to bar service areas.
• Buss tables and maintain cleanliness in bar and lounge areas.
• Wash bar equipment, countertops, refrigerators, shelving, floors, and workstations.
• Remove trash, recycling, and empty containers while ensuring all service areas remain guest-ready.
• Support special events, VIP experiences, and peak-volume operating periods within Netflix House.
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, culinary teams, and leadership to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol awareness, and workplace safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurants, bars, hospitality, entertainment venues, or customer service preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and transport beverage cases, kegs, ice, and supplies safely.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Interest in hospitality, food and beverage operations, or bartending.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
