Job Summary

As the Director of Human Resources, you will lead strategic HR initiatives to support a high-performing, inclusive, and people-first culture. You will oversee all facets of human resources including compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. You’ll partner closely with leadership to build and implement policies that drive engagement, development, and organizational success.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years' HR leadership experience

  • Proven experience in compliance, employee relations, and talent management

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all human resources operations, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with Levy policies

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design

  • Manage employee relations and performance management processes

  • Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives

  • Maintain HR data integrity and produce compliance reports
