Job Summary

Keep it clean, keep it moving! As a Dishwasher, you will play a key role in maintaining the heart of our operation. You will work behind the scenes to ensure all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are clean and ready for service. Your efficiency and attention to sanitation will support the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds

  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus

  • Understanding of basic sanitation procedures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools

  • Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen, and storage spaces

  • Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Assist with trash removal and kitchen organization as needed

  • Restock supplies to designated kitchen stations
