Job Summary

Be the showrunner behind a one-of-a-kind guest experience - Netflix House is coming to King of Prussia mall! A new immersive experience that will take guests inside the story. As General Manager for Levy at Netflix House you will lead all venue operations, drive service excellence, and champion innovation to bring hospitality to life in an immersive, guest-centered environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
  • 5+ years in hospitality or food & beverage senior leadership
  • Experience managing large teams and venue operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front and back-of-house operations
  • Develop and manage budgets and business performance
  • Lead the team in driving all expenses across the P&L
  • Collaborate with onsite partner GM and partner operations team to manage daily operations for the building
  • Collaborate with Levy and partner team to build standard SOPs for new opening
  • Lead Levy culture and inspire cross-functional teamsIntegrate partner culture appropriately within Levy operational SOPs
  • Ensure consistent delivery of premium guest service
  • Collaborate with Levy culinary, marketing, sales, finance and HR teams
  • Drive all company compliance initiatives within the location across all departments
  • Drive all health and sanitation initiatives at the location
  • Payroll oversight
  • Marketing oversight with client partner
  • Month end financials and reporting
