Job Summary

Working as a Premium Manager at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, you will be responsible for leading daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences, strong financial performance, and consistently high standards of guest service, safety, and operational excellence. The position partners closely with clients, team members, and cross-functional departments, including Catering, to foster collaboration, develop high-performing teams, and ensure seamless execution of daily operations and special events. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

*Oversee daily restaurant operations in accordance with approved budgets, Levy standards, and client expectations, ensuring maximum value and operational excellence.
*Ensure food and beverage offerings consistently meet established standards for quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, team members, subcontractors, not-for-profit partners, and internal departments, regularly gathering feedback to improve the overall operation.
*Drive exceptional guest service by holding team members accountable to established steps of service, Heartfelt Hospitality, and show quality standards; promptly address and resolve guest service concerns.
*Support the Catering team as needed to ensure successful event execution, fostering strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration before, during, and after events. Confirm event details, staffing, service expectations, and client needs are aligned in advance to deliver a seamless and successful experience.
*Execute menus, promotions, programs, and company initiatives in partnership with leadership while developing strong location specific food, beverage, and wine knowledge.
*Manage financial performance by achieving daily sales, cost, revenue, and budget goals while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and promote profitable Levy services.
*Complete required daily, monthly, and period end reporting accurately and within established deadlines.
*Recruit, interview, hire, train, develop, coach, and manage team member performance in accordance with Levy policies and procedures.
*Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that strengthens communication, productivity, accountability, engagement, and team morale through regular meetings and ongoing feedback.
*Ensure team member compliance with Levy policies, procedures, training requirements, and standards outlined in the Team Member Training Manual and Employee Handbook.
*Support departmental and company priorities and perform additional duties as needed to ensure successful operations.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
  • Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required
  • Comprehensive food and wine knowledge. Applicant should be well versed on food and wine pairings
  • Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products
  • ServSafe Certified preferred
