Job Description:
Join the passionate team at GEHA Stadium and help us deliver an exceptional, premium experience for some of the best fans in the NFL! As a Suite Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in providing first-class service to our VIP guests during games and events. Your ability to create memorable moments and ensure every detail of the suite experience is flawless will be key to our success in providing a top-tier experience for Kansas City Chiefs fans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Excellence: Provide personalized, attentive service to suite holders and their guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
- Suite Preparation and Maintenance: Set up, maintain, and break down suites before, during, and after events. Ensure that suites are clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary supplies, including food, beverages, and other requested amenities.
- Food & Beverage Service: Serve high-end food and beverages to suite holders and their guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Make recommendations and accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests.
- Game-Day Support: Provide a seamless experience by addressing any needs or requests from suite guests during the event, including facilitating in-suite amenities, handling special requests, and offering assistance as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Monitor the suite environment throughout the event to ensure it remains pristine, stocked, and well-presented. Actively look for opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Communication and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other suite attendants, kitchen staff, security, and other stadium personnel to ensure all aspects of the suite experience run smoothly. Effectively communicate any guest concerns or special requests to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or restaurants/bar is a required. Experience in fine dining is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to anticipate guest needs, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensure a high level of service.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry supplies (up to 25 lbs), and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Summary: Maintains professional standards while providing quality food service to guests throughout preparation, presentation and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets guests in a timely manner upon their entrance.
- Explains menu of the day and is knowledgeable of menu items.
- Fills guests' request for food and beverages in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
- Restocks work station as necessary.
- Monitors and maintains portion control.
- Keeps equipment and facilities clean and in order.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
