Job Summary

Lead the game-day energy and year-round excellence at one of the most iconic stadiums in professional sports. As Vice President of Hospitality, you will drive operational strategy, elevate the guest experience, and oversee all hospitality functions to ensure best-in-class service, financial performance, and operational execution. You will partner with culinary, premium, retail, and client stakeholders to deliver unforgettable experiences for every fan and guest.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred

  • 10+ years of senior-level operations leadership experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale venue management

  • Proven P&L management experience with multi-million-dollar revenue responsibility

  • Experience overseeing premium services, concessions, culinary, and retail operations

  • Proficiency in financial reporting systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • ServSafe and/or local food safety certification (or ability to obtain)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all hospitality and venue operations across concessions, premium, clubs, and retail

  • Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with financial goals

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance

  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards

  • Partner with culinary and premium leadership to enhance guest experience

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies

  • Manage and develop senior leadership teams across departments
