Salary: 130,000-140,000

Job Summary

Working as a District Manager, you are responsible for overall operations of the food program, including cafes, snack kitchens, coffee bars and catering. You will manage and lead a team of Managers across multiple sites. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality, and have full financial accountability for your sites. .
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Monitors the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability
  • Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies
  • Manages planning, budget analysis and reporting for the region
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • BS Degree preferred
  • Five to seven years of foodservice management experience
  • Contract Foodservice background preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Financial acumen
  • Multi-unit experience
