Salary: $60000 - $75000

Job Summary

The  Project Manager will provide management support thru interim management at client sites providing a high level of customer service, and program implementation.  They will be proficient in the SSC facilities management program in order to apply leadership during various assignments and startups throughout the country.  This position requires 85% travel 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement standard programs for custodial, grounds, and plant operations maintenance, following established guidelines 
  • Takes the initiative in installing programs required to manage the unit they are assigned 
  • Training of account personnel in proper cleaning techniques, grounds and maintenance procedures, and all safety procedures 
  • Operations, implementation, and development of QA programs, CMMS, monthly reports, and QBR
  • Works with clients and client staff to provide project status reports and to ensure customer needs are met 
  • Develops and maintains a schedule and budget for the assigned projects as needed. Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget
  • Provides reports on the status of project milestones and adjusts schedules accordingly 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in either custodial, maintenance, or grounds 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proven track record defining and implementing change strategies
  • Consistent track record addressing  priorities within a single project with a positive, can-do demeanor
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a time with sharp organizational skills
  • Must be authorized to drive a company vehicle, motor vehicle record check required 
  • Maintain a safe driving record, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions.
