Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and innovative Training Program Manager to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning programs that bring out the best in our people. This role is all about creating meaningful training experiences—from concept to launch—that help employees thrive in their current roles and prepare them for future growth. You’ll oversee multiple projects at once, collaborate with leaders across the organization, and ensure our programs meet business goals and reflect our company’s people-first culture.  This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about learning and development, eager to grow, and ready to make a lasting impact on people.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Program Development & Implementation

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs across all employee levels, utilizing both in-house and external resources.
  • Assess organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and manager/employee feedback.
  • Create, update, and maintain educational materials and multimedia resources to support continuous learning.

Project & Program Management

  • Lead the full training cycle from planning to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Manage multiple training initiatives at once while balancing both short- and long-term priorities.
  • Promote training opportunities to employees and build excitement around continuous learning.
  • Maintain training resources, platforms, and tools to ensure easy access and usability for all employees.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Facilitate dynamic training sessions, including onboarding, orientation, and role-specific skill development.
  • Coach and support internal subject matter experts to deliver engaging “train-the-trainer” programs.
  • Use a variety of methods (e.g., workshops, simulations, peer mentoring, e-learning) to support different learning styles.
  • Organize and host training events that inspire employee engagement and growth.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Measure program effectiveness through evaluations, assessments, and performance data.
  • Collect feedback and continuously refine training programs to maximize impact.
  • Track participation and results while identifying opportunities to improve delivery and design.
  • Ensure training initiatives align with business objectives and reflect our people-first values.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in training, Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in training, learning and development, HR, or relationships/co-ops (corporate setting preferred).
  • Knowledge of instructional design theory, adult learning principles, and modern training methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Willing to travel 40%
