Reports To:  OFFICE MANAGER

Salary:  $55,000 - $60,000 / year

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for overseeing daily customer service operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, resolving customer issues, and maintaining service quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations, including production reporting and order management.
  • Monitor pending orders and resolve customer inquiries or delivery issues.
  • Prepare and distribute driver materials (e.g., temperature sheets, BOLs).
  • Maintain and update tracking logs, credits, and system data (Sage, Lightspeed).
  • Communicate product updates, pricing changes, and menu adjustments to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate special orders, holiday communications, and internal updates.
  • Provide accurate delivery ETAs using tracking tools (e.g., Samsara).
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or operations management.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Sage, Lightspeed, and Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
