Salary:  $60,000 - $65,000 / annually; compensation is negotiable based on experience.

Job Summary:

The Accountability Operations Manager oversees financial controls, inventory accountability, auditing processes, and operational reporting across vending, micro-market, and office coffee service (OCS) operations.  This role ensures financial accuracy, minimizes loss, drives accountability, and supports profitability through effective controls and performance management.

Territory Supported: Supports operations across Lexington, Louisville, Charleston (WV), South Point, and Ohio districts.

Financial Accountability & Reporting
•    Oversee financial accountability across vending, micro-market, and coffee service operations.
•    Monitor financial performance and identify variances from budgets and forecasts.
•    Ensure accurate reporting, reconciliation, and documentation of revenue streams.
•    Conduct audits of route settlements, cash collections, and inventory transactions.
•    Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Inventory & Asset Control
•    Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses, vending equipment, and micro-markets.
•    Monitor shrinkage, spoilage, theft, and product waste to reduce losses.
•    Implement inventory control programs and auditing procedures.
•    Analyze inventory variances and partner with operations teams to improve accuracy.
•    Ensure accountability for company assets, equipment, and inventory.
Operational Performance Management
•    Develop and track KPIs related to sales, profitability, inventory, and operational efficiency.
•    Identify opportunities to improve margins through process improvements and cost controls.
•    Collaborate with operations, warehouse, merchandising, and route teams to drive accountability.
•    Review performance data to identify trends and corrective actions.
•    Support initiatives that improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
Cash & Revenue Management
•    Ensure compliance with cash-handling and accountability procedures.
•    Review route settlements and cash processes for accuracy and integrity.
•    Analyze revenue trends, product performance, and sales results.
•    Ensure transactions are accurately captured through operational systems.
•    Partner with teams to reduce revenue leakage and strengthen controls.
