This long-term collaboration reflects a bold vision to align and strengthen services across UK’s campus, healthcare system, and athletics programs. By bringing together foodservice, hospitality, facilities management, healthcare support, and athletics operations, we are building a more connected and dynamic environment that enhances the experience for students, staff, student-athletes, patients, fans, and the broader community.

 

Qualifications
•    3+ years of hospitality, premium operations, or food and beverage management experience 
•    Experience managing teams in high-volume sports and entertainment environments 
•    Knowledge of premium hospitality and VIP guest service standards 
•    Proficiency with point-of-sale and scheduling systems 
•    Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards 
•    Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds 
•    Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules 
•    Experience with staff scheduling, inventory management, and event coordination 

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Oversee premium hospitality operations across suites, clubs, and VIP spaces 
•    Supervise premium service staff during event setup, execution, and breakdown 
•    Ensure all food and beverage presentations meet Levy service standards 
•    Coordinate staffing levels and operational assignments for events 
•    Resolve guest concerns and maintain elevated guest satisfaction standards 
•    Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to purchasing teams 
•    Enforce safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies 
•    Partner with culinary and operations leadership to execute premium experiences 
•    Train and mentor team members on service procedures and operational expectations 
•    Maintain accurate operational reports, event documentation, and compliance records
