Position Title: DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES - LIBERTY, NC
Salary: $65000 - $75000 / yr

Are you an energetic food & beverage professional who's seeking a dynamic next step in your career? This is your chance to take the helm of a busy corporate dining, high volume cafe operation. As Director of Dining Services, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional food, exceptional service, and exceptional results.
This role is for someone who thrives on ownership: you'll lead people, manage the numbers, and set the standard for hospitality excellence across every facet of the operation. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of 8-12 front of house / back of house associates
- Oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account
- Interview, hire, train, and develop associates — planning and assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving concerns with fairness and consistency
- Prepare and manage the annual budget with a sharp eye on cost-effective, efficient operations
- Utilize company systems to complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including inventory, cash reports, production records, and payroll/timekeeping
- Oversee and actively participate in food and beverage preparation and service, ensuring adherence to company standards for quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety (HACCP and OSHA compliant), along with portion control
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, bringing energy and flexibility to a dynamic operation
What You Bring
- 5+ yars of direct foodservice operational management experience, with strong inventory and purchasing knowledge
- Deep knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience preferred
- Strong supervisory, leadership, and coaching skills that inspire teams to do their best work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect across management, client, customer, and associate levels
- Strong financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer/email skills
- ServSafe® Certified
