Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at a 100-bed hospital. This is an outstanding opportunity for an up-and-coming Sous Chef ready to take the next step, or for an experienced Executive Chef looking to transition into the healthcare space with a stable, people-focused organization.
60 - 70K, 5 -day work week, alternating weekends, matching 401K, GROWTH POTENTIAL in the Atlanta market
The Executive Chef will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, food quality, patient dining, retail/café services, catering, food safety, inventory, and team development. We are looking for a hands-on culinary leader who can build culture in the kitchen, drive consistency, and deliver a high-quality dining experience for patients, staff, and guests.
What We’re Looking For:
• Culinary leadership experience in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, country club, hotel, restaurant, or higher education dining
• Strong scratch cooking and production background
• Experience leading and developing hourly culinary teams
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
• Ability to manage ordering, inventory, labor, and overall kitchen performance
• ServSafe certification preferred
