Job Summary

The Community Manager provides administrative and operational support to the regional team, helping ensure effective communication, reporting, payroll coordination, and day-to-day business operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations, financial books, reports, and other business documents
• Support and participate in communication initiatives throughout the region
• Conduct research projects and compile information as needed
• Coordinate conference calls, regional meetings, and training sessions
• Prepare and process expense reports, payables, credit card statements, and e-transfers
• Maintain regional staff, client, and unit directory databases
• Partner with Compass payroll and maintain MAP (Manager Access to Personnel) to resolve payroll-related issues
• Assist with new unit openings and corporate branded programs as needed
• Serve as regional chairperson for Be-A-Star initiatives
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports within established deadlines
• Resolve routine operational issues involving multiple standardized variables
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the regional team

 

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• One to three years of related administrative or operational experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present information effectively to managers and groups
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills, including percentages, proportions, and calculations
• Working knowledge of basic algebra and geometry concepts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
