Job Summary
Deliver a high-quality, service-driven experience by supporting daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming environment, and maintaining seamless service for all guests and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests with a professional and welcoming presence
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Provide information on amenities, services, and local offerings
• Coordinate access management and maintain accurate records
• Support meeting and event execution, including setup and vendor coordination
• Address scheduling or booking conflicts proactively
• Respond to inquiries promptly with strong attention to detail
• Conduct opening and closing procedures, documenting key updates
• Provide basic technical support for onsite needs
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily operations
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures
• Maintain flexibility to support varying schedules and business needs
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong customer service or hospitality mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
• Experience supporting meetings or events preferred
• High level of discretion and accountability
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing or hospitality-related role preferred
