Job Summary
The Team La Store Associate delivers exceptional guest experiences by creating memorable interactions for fans and visitors.
As a brand ambassador, you will help guests connect with the teams, artists, events, and experiences they love while driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting daily retail operations.
This role requires a passion for customer service, enthusiasm for sports and entertainment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment where every guest interaction contributes to the overall fan experience.
Guest & Fan Experience
- Welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Create memorable experiences by engaging with fans and visitors in a positive and authentic manner.
- Assist guests in selecting merchandise by providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professional escalating issues when appropriate.
- Provide high level of service that reflects the organization’s commitment to excellence.
Store Operations
- Support daily opening, closing and operational procedures
- Receive, unpack, ticket and stock merchandise shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe retail environment.
- Follow company policies regarding safety, loss prevention, cash handling and inventory control.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
- Adapt quickly to varying crowd volumes and event schedules.
- Support high-volume sales periods during games, concerts, and special events.
- Assist in managing guest flow and maintaining efficient shopping experience during peak periods
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with store leadership and fellow team members.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and team-oriented environment by supporting fellow associates and contributing to team success.
- Contribute to event-day readiness by proactively assisting teammates during high-volume periods and peak traffic times.
- Lead by example through accountability, professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to delivering best-in-class guest experience.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous retail, hospitality, entertainment, or guest service experience a must
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand, move, and walk throughout your shift.
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, crouching, and using ladders when needed.
