As a Levy Staffing Manager you will be responsible for working with the operations and leadership teams to provide insight into the optimal staffing levels for Crypto.com Arena.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage weekly scheduling for 350+ team members during regular NBA/NHL season (October-April) and all other calendar year events.
- Create and manage daily staffing grid for both concessions and premium concessions front of house operations at Crypto.com Arena and Microsoft Theater.
- Coordinate with the Director/General Manager of Concessions to understand daily staffing levels on event by event basis.
- Partner and communicate with Human Resources on any payroll discrepancies, union seniority issues, and any attendance policy infractions.
- Oversee the event day employee check-in process for all front of house concessions and premium concessions team members
- Work with staffing and operations team to identify and create tools to boost productivity and make staffing department more efficient.
Preferred Qualifications:
- English reading, writing, math, and computer skills required
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites, specifically Excel and Google Sheets
- Must be flexible with schedule, able to work different shifts, and have the stamina to work 40/50 hours a week
- Has strong attention to detail to ensure reports are completed and information is compiled accurately
- Develops and maintains positive relationships within the staffing team and other departments
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences
- Food service operations awareness/experience is a plus
