Position Title: WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Shift: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
Pay Grade: 11
Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus

Job Summary
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compliance to AstraZeneca’s Training and Qualification program.
- Responsible for managing warehouse staff (including seasonal temporaries), ensuring quality
- on-time and reliable service, while following procedures and meeting regulatory and customer
- requirements.
- Responsible for all day-to-day operational tasks of the office and warehouse area.
- Responsible for maintaining the reorder points for all packing materials, coolant, and supplies.
- Responsible for communicating the need to the purchasing personnel that controlled packaging
- Material is needed once they are at the reorder point.
- Responsible for scheduling pickups with carriers and ensuring all appropriate trailers have
- been picked up. (Inventory Control maintains the delivery schedule.)
- Responsible for reviewing and revising JA’s/SOPs as necessary.
- Responsibilities include compliance with all AstraZeneca (AZ) SOPs and regulatory
- requirements.
- Supervise personnel related to order generation and processing orders.
- Ensure the completion of daily inspections of Material Handling Equipment.
- Provide oversight for all inbound/outbound truckload shipments and international/domestic
- shipments.
- Ensure the completion of scheduled cycle counts (Damages, Returns, Supplies, etc.)
- Manage/approve timecards and attendance for staff (including seasonal).
- Responsible for overseeing that shipments are processed and completed daily.
- Follow-up with the Transportation Admin to ensure that all shipments are on-time and if
- necessary, call the transportation vendor to follow-up on the shipments progress.
- Responsible for scheduling inbound appointments from 3rd party storage facilities and
- verifying that all receipt paperwork is completed.
- Oversee the processing of refused/returned shipments per applicable SOP’s and ensure that
- destruction is scheduled on required basis.
- Oversee the completion of the end of day checklist and trailer pickup.
Qualifications
- 2 years of warehouse supervisory or related experience.
- Warehouse, facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the internet.
