Job Summary
As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple corporate dining accounts, ensuring exceptional food quality, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. This leadership role involves managing and mentoring a team of Account Managers and Directors of Dining Services while driving financial performance and regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight: Monitor overall financial performance of accounts to ensure profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure consistent and fair administration of personnel policies across all accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Manage regional planning, budget analysis, and reporting to support operational and financial goals.
- Sales & Growth: Participate in the sales process to expand the region and strengthen client partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in contract foodservice management.
- Multi-unit management experience in foodservice is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Proven financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Ability to travel up to 70% to support clients in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois.
