SUPPORT SERVICES COORDINATOR (SANITATION) (FULL TIME)

 

  • We are hiring immediately for an overnight Support Services Coordinator (Sanitation) position.
  • Location: FRESH & READY 685 ATLANTIS RD, MELBOURNE, FL 32904 Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full Time; Overnight Shift Monday - Thursday 11:00pm-5:00am. Must be available to work a Friday or Saturday 3pm-8pm. More details in interview!
  • Requirement: This is a Sanitation Supervisor Position. 1+ years experience preferred.
  • Pay Range:  $17.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour with full benefits package!

Job Summary

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assuring those sanitation activities are performed in an appropriate manner and on time
    Direct personnel supervision
    Supervise that all activities are performed in a safe manner
    Weekly Inventory of chemicals
    Comply with SSOP’s
    Responsible for assuring that all activities established in master sanitation schedules are performed on time and in an appropriate manner
    Responsible for filling out electronically all master sanitation schedules, print them and sign them off
    Responsible for supervising sanitation methods for organic program
    Hands on training on specific sanitation activities and personnel safety

 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years’ managing experience in the fresh food processing environment
    Technical knowledge and experience in sanitation systems
    Strong interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively work with all managerial and employee levels, ability to communicate in Spanish desirable
    Strong analytical problem solving skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and use creative and innovative approaches to resolve complex problems;
    Team building/​team leadership skills;
    Knowledge of third party/customer expectations and auditing schemes and requirements
    Knowledge of organic, gluten free, and allergen requirements.
    Strong knowledge of chemical safety and food industry sanitation procedures.
    Computer skills, to include Office, Excel, and Power Point.
