Job Summary
We’re hiring a Wellness Coordinator & HR Liaison to join our team at Morrison Healthcare, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting underserved team members and strengthening HR efforts across the organization.
In this hybrid role, you’ll connect employees to essential community resources—like housing, food, legal aid, and mental health care—while also supporting HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs assessments to identify and address social determinants of health.
• Connect team members with support services via the LiveWell platform.
• Assist with applications for public benefits and internal programs.
• Collaborate with HR to support at-risk employees and enhance retention.
• Act as liaison for the emergency care fund and help navigate financial hardship cases.
• Support onboarding by providing early-stage guidance to new hires facing life challenges.
• Conduct wellness education sessions and follow-up check-ins (30/60/90/1 year).
• Maintain accurate documentation and share insights with HR for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Health Education, Social Work, HR, or related field).
• MSW, Certified Health Coach, or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare, HR, or community support roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to support various shifts, including occasional weekends/evenings.
