Job Summary

 

Position Summary

The VVIP Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations within a high-end, exclusive club environment. This role ensures exceptional guest experience for elite clientele, including VIPs, corporate partners, and high-profile guests. The Supervisor leads service staff, maintains luxury service standards, and ensures seamless coordination during events.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the daily food and beverage service before, during, and after all events to ensure smooth and efficient service. 
  • Ensure proper setup, presentation, and cleanliness of club area.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a front of house team a team of up to 15 team members including servers, bartenders, hosts, and attendants.
  • Be the expert on menus, product offerings, packaging, pricing, and service standards. Ensure that all service interactions reflect premium brand standards.
  • Foster and grow beverage program in the Gallagher Club and overseeing training and help in creation of beverage offerings, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
  • Ability to create, organize, and execute food and or beverage activations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with your team and coordinate with back of house operations. 
  • Ability to surprise and delight guests of the Gallagher Club. This includes, but not limited too, going above and beyond to source, secure, and delight guest requests.
  • Ensure all areas are fully stocked and prepped for seamless operations, maintaining a high standard of readiness at all times. 
  • Maintain a strong standing of professionalism at all times.
  • Manage a guest list, seating chart, and guest requests.
  • Foster and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service, resolving any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy. 
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, both Levy and State standards, to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and the Levy team, while actively seeking feedback to improve service. Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly, discreetly and professionally.
  • Verify and manage opening and closing inventories, ensuring accuracy at all times. 
  • Enforce Levy's company guidelines as per the employee handbook and training manual. 
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service policies to promote safety and enjoyment for all guests.
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays aligned with the schedule.
  •  Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 3 + years of experience in luxury hospitality, food & beverage, or fine dining environments; leadership experience preferred. 
  • Knowledge of upscale food, wine, beverage, and service standards.
  • Ability to communicate professionally via email and phone.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively. 
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe Alcohol Certification or equivalent with in first 60 days of employment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting. 
  • Fluent in English.
