Job Summary

🌟 Patient Services Manager (entry level)– Acute Care | Charlotte area🌟

Ready to lead with purpose in a role that truly makes a difference? We’re looking for a Patient Services Manager to guide a high-performing team delivering exceptional, patient-centered food services in an acute care setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop a dedicated team ensuring patient meals meet medical and personal needs

  • Drive patient satisfaction through compassionate service and quality meals

  • Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines, HIPAA, and regulatory standards

  • Champion quality improvement and patient experience initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in food service or related field

  • Leadership experience in healthcare food service (acute care preferred).  Will consider new grads w/supervisory or management experience

  • Certified Dietary Manager, Diet Tech, or Dietitian preferred

  • ServSafe® certification and comfort with tech systems a plus
