Schedule: Full-Time | Primarily Day Shift (Some Weekend/Holiday Rotation)
Reports To: System Director of Food and Nutrition Services

🧭 Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of patient dining operations, from tray accuracy and delivery to menu compliance and dietary accommodations
Lead and inspire a diverse team of supervisors, culinary professionals, and frontline associates
Collaborate with clinical nutrition and nursing staff to support seamless, patient-centered care
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards (HACCP, Joint Commission, etc.)
Drive operational success through budget management, labor efficiency, and vendor oversight
Boost patient satisfaction and build a strong service culture rooted in hospitality
Model and mentor with empathy, accountability, and service excellence
🎯 What We’re Looking For
5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or high-volume food service (hospital dining strongly preferred)
Proven track record in team leadership, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence
Deep understanding of therapeutic diets, clinical partnerships, and nutrition standards
ServSafe Certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Nutrition, Business, or related field (preferred)
Strong communicator, relationship-builder, and problem-solver
Passionate about patient experience, team growth, and service transformation
