Position Title: PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR - Camp Randall Stadium

Pay Range: $23 to $26

Job Summary

Summary: Assists the Director of Purchasing & Warehouse with daily tasks.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Contributes to required daily reporting. 
  • Prepare and process expense reports in Concur within appropriate timelines.
  • Responsible for monitoring and tracking repair and maintenance needs via Smartsheet.
  • Assist in overseeing tracking and tagging all equipment.
  • Schedule repairs with appropriate vendors with approval from Director of Operations.
  • Plan all quarterly hood cleanings.
  • Schedule any Sani Maxi pick ups, chemical installation & Cintas visitations
  • Contributes to completion of required department reports and assists in compiling information at month end closing.  
  • Process vendor invoices for payment - using computer, making sure addition is correct and checking item prices against bid specifications, making sure there is no discrepancy in pricing. 
  • Contact vendors with any invoice questions. 
  • Thoroughly and accurately uses applicable Levy systems.  
  • Assist in preparation for events day prior to event day. 
  • Plays an active role in data reconciliation on event days.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements 
  • Flexible schedule availability during the weekdays and weekends of events. Must be able to work all home football games. 
  • Fast pace of work which requires multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure. 
  • Ability to use office equipment, including the computer system and scanner, for long periods of time. 
  • Must have proficient computer skills. Microsoft Office, Smartsheet (preferred), BirchStreet (preferred) 
  • Ability to talk and hear to conduct phone correspondence. 
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds.  
  • Clean driving record (preferred).
  • Experience with facility and equipment maintenance (preferred).
