Salary: $160,000 - $172,000

Pay Grade:18

Other Forms of Compensation: bonus

Job Summary

 

ESFM is Seeking a Remote Procurement, Compliance Director.


Skills and Knowledge:

 

 

  • Extensive understanding of contract law and advanced legal principles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and evaluate complex contract terms and conditions.
  • Advanced negotiation skills to lead high-stakes contract discussions and amendments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in contract documentation.
  • Proficiency in using advanced contract management software and other relevant tools.Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle for the most complex and high-stakes contracts, ensuring all contracts meet company standards and legal requirements.
  • High-Level Negotiations: Lead high-level negotiations with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, and implement compliance monitoring processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in contract terms, and develop strategies to address and resolve contractual disputes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of all contract-related documents and communications, and prepare detailed reports on contract status, compliance issues, and performance metrics.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on contract-related matters, providing strategic guidance and advice to senior management and other departments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, legal teams, and other departments to address complex contractual issues and support strategic initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Supervision Required: Very Minimal
  • Details: Operates with significant autonomy, overseeing complex and high-value contracts. Reports to a Procurement/Contract Director. Acts as a mentor and provides expert advice to the contract management team, senior management and other departments as needed.
