Job Summary
Position Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with a passion for informatics to serve as our System Menu Database Administrator. In this critical role, you will be the primary architect and manager of the nutritional menu database for our multi-hospital system. In collaboration with the clinical nutrition and operations teams, you will ensure patients across various facilities receive meals that are clinically accurate, allergen-safe, and compliant with therapeutic diet orders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the MenuWorks and MyDining database across four hospitals
Achieves successful and on-time delivery of each hospital’s MyDining menu database build
· Facilitate Training in MyDining Software and Webtrition
· Communicates progress of MyDining project to appropriate personnel
· Implementation and evaluation of account-specific MyDining menu database
· Reviews items regularly for verifying accuracy of allergens and diet suitability
· Reviews & updates database for Limited Time Offer menus
· Works with CNM, culinary and operations team in reviewing menu cycles for regulatory compliance and all other duties as assigned
· Participates in menu cycle review to maintain regulatory compliance
· Identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation plans.
· Develops strategies to maintain and support client satisfaction with MyDining
· Devises strategies to involve clinicians in the design, implementation and evaluation of account-specific MyDining menu database
· Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies (CMS, TJC, DNV) and sector policies and procedures

Qualifications:
· Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration).
· Ability to communicate effectively in written format and verbal conversations
· Ability to work autonomously, manage own time, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong critical thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities
· Possesses working knowledge of computer operations and associated software applications required to accomplish job responsibilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
· Exhibits initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
