Salary: $80,000 - $95,000

We're looking for a Senior Catering Manager who thrives on bringing corporate caterering events to life from inquiry to final cleanup. What You'll Own
- Daily Catering Operations — Lead the full lifecycle of every on site catered event: planning, execution, and the small details that make the difference between good and unforgettable.
- Team Leadership & Development — Supervise, train, and grow a team of hourly employees, including delivery and culinary staff, building a crew that performs under pressure and takes ownership of their work.
- Culinary Programs — Partner on menu development and presentation that reflects current trends and a genuine commitment to sustainability and sustainable food practices.
- Customer Service — Be the friendly, responsive voice clients count on, managing a high-volume and diverse customer base with professionalism and warmth.
- Financial Management — Keep a close eye on the numbers, from accurate invoicing to cost analysis that keeps operations healthy and profitable.
- Special Events — Step up for the events that need extra finesse, coordinating logistics that ensure flawless delivery, setup, and breakdown.
- Marketing & Sales — Support sales efforts and event order communications that turn inquiries into loyal, repeat clients.
What You Bring
- A.S. degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- At least two years in a similar hospitality or catering role
- General hospitality knowledge with an interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices
- A natural ability to connect with a diverse, high-volume customer base in a friendly, efficient way
- Comfort navigating a web-based ordering system — managing customer requests, order changes, menu updates, and client profiles
- Solid skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Sharp, professional email communication with clients and customers
- Willingness to meet company uniform standards and follow all PPE guidelines
- Self-motivation to work with minimal supervision, solve problems independently, and keep things moving without waiting for instruction
