Salary: $60,000-65,000

Job Summary

Working as a Production/Kitchen/Culinary/Food Service Manager for Morrison Healthcare will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself!  The purpose of this job is to oversee production specific culinary functions for an assigned area within an account.  You may manage a team of associates focusing on culinary and production standards, purchasing, inventory, food cost, safety and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • Plans and creates nutritious, flavored menus
  • Purchases goods and manages inventory
  • Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with Morrison's marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary/kitchen management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Desire to work with an industry leader
  • Catering experience is essential
  • Excellent computer skills
