Job Summary

FLIK Hospitality Group is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to serve as the regional voice of our brand — connecting corporate marketing strategy to real opportunities on the ground. You'll partner with regional leadership, unit operators, corporate marketing, creative services, culinary, wellness, and operations teams to bring initiatives to life that elevate the guest experience, strengthen brand presence, and drive business results. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and requires 20%-30% travel within the region to support site visits, account reviews, client interactions, and community engagement. On site (local and regional), 3 to 4 days per week. A company car will be provided.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with operations to implement monthly marketing initiatives, maintain quality standards, and support presentations, site visits, and account reviews.
  • Develop customized regional marketing strategies aligned with local market trends, consumer preferences, and business goals.
  • Coordinate and execute regional and corporate marketing projects in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance, consumer engagement, and revenue-driving initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Build deep knowledge of your regional marketplace — consumer behavior, dining trends, and competitive activity — and translate insights into action for operators.
  • Serve as a strategic marketing partner to operators and leadership, offering coaching, best practices, and guidance.
  • Build relationships with community partners, clients, and stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility and business performance.
  • Develop innovative, on-trend marketing, merchandising, and guest engagement strategies that keep us ahead of local food retailers and competitors.
  • Manage development and distribution of monthly marketing resources, ensuring materials meet brand and quality standards.
  • Support new account openings with front-of-house marketing, merchandising, branding, and launch communications.
  • Leverage digital platforms and consumer-facing technology to boost engagement and participation.
  • Thoughtfully use AI-enabled tools to support content development, research, and reporting within brand and company guidelines.
  • Support corporate sales, wellness, culinary, and marketing teams during site tours, client presentations, and events.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive client retention and contract renewals.
