What You’ll Do:

 

  • Oversee the culinary and food service operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of food service, including inventory control, ordering, and receiving.
  • Drive menu development and cost control strategies, with a focus on using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients.
  • Lead efforts in food presentation and sustainability practices.
  • Take ownership of P&L accountability, contributing to the financial success of the operation.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Culinary leadership: At least three years of management experience in contract food service, fine dining, or high-end restaurant settings.
  • Knowledge of trends: Expertise in food and catering trends, including a focus on quality, production, and innovative presentation.
  • HACCP & Safety: Working knowledge of HACCP protocols, with a focus on food safety and sanitation.
  • Sustainability: Passion for sourcing and utilizing local ingredients to promote sustainability.
  • Experience with expo cooking: Strong skills in live cooking environments, enhancing guest experiences.
  • P&L Management: Experience with profit & loss accountability, ideally in a contract-managed service environment.

 

Preferred:

 

  • ServSafe certification is a plus, showing your commitment to food safety.
