Job Summary

As the Executive Chef, you will lead the culinary operations at FedExForum, overseeing all kitchen activities to ensure unforgettable dining experiences for every guest. You will design innovative menus, manage food quality and presentation, and drive operational success through effective leadership and cost control. Your expertise will help shape a dynamic, high-performance kitchen team that embodies Levy’s passion for hospitality and excellence.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume or sports/entertainment environment
  • Strong proficiency in inventory management, menu development, and food costing
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead culinary production for all dining outlets and premium experiences
  • Maintain Levy standards for recipe execution, presentation, and food safety
  • Oversee menu design, seasonal updates, and special event coordination
  • Direct, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to promote growth and consistency
  • Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to meet financial goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and sustainability standards
  • Drive continuous culinary innovation aligned with venue events and clientele
