Job Summary
Overview: The Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper product distribution, and supporting the overall efficiency of our beverage operations during events.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately track and record all liquor inventory before, during, and after events.
- Issue, receive, and reconcile product transfers between stands and storage areas.
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper handling of all alcoholic beverages.
- Monitor product usage and report discrepancies or waste to management.
- Assist with product counts, documentation, and post-event inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and alcohol service regulations.
- Communicate effectively with stand leads, managers, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely product distribution.
- Support the Beverage and Warehouse teams as needed to maintain smooth event operations by use of Levy’s Inventory Tracking System.
Qualifications:
- • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or beverage management preferred.
- • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- • Basic math and computer skills for recording and reporting inventory.
- • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
- • Must be 21 years of age or older.
Schedule: Part-time, event-based position. Hours vary based on the Sloan Park event schedule, including weekends and evenings
