Job Summary

Summary:The Concessions Culinary BOH Supervisor supports daily back-of-house culinary operations across concession locations at Kaseya Center. This role oversees food quality, team performance, sanitation, and event readiness to ensure successful execution during high-volume sports and entertainment events. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise BOH culinary operations during events and ensure efficient food production and execution.
  • Lead, coach, and support cooks, prep cooks, and utility staff.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, portioning, and recipe standards are maintained.
  • Monitor food safety, sanitation, temperature logs, and health department compliance.
  • Support prep, setup, breakdown, and inventory management for concession locations.
  • Assist with labor deployment and staffing needs based on event volume.
  • Partner with culinary and operations leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Address operational challenges in real time to maintain service standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
  • Maintain proper HACCP procedures, food temperatures, labeling, dating, and storage compliance.
  • Conduct BOH line checks and sanitation walkthroughs before, during, and after events.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and proper use of equipment and chemicals.
  • Maintain compliance with Levy standards, local regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of culinary or BOH supervisory experience in high-volume food service, concessions, catering, or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on events.
  • Food Handler Certification required; ServSafe preferred.
