Job Summary

This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who thrives on creating new business, building executive relationships, and winning in one of Florida's most competitive markets. If you're energized by opening doors, building relationships, and outperforming expectations, we'd like to meet you.
At Canteen, you'll represent the industry's leader in unattended retail, Office Coffee Service, pantry services, vending, and micro markets. You'll have the resources, operational support, and innovative solutions needed to compete—and win.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow one of Florida's premier sales territories through disciplined prospecting and strategic market development.
- Develop new business opportunities within corporate headquarters, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, distribution, commercial real estate, and large campus environments.
- Build executive-level relationships with Facilities, Human Resources, Procurement, Operations, and Workplace Experience leaders.
- Design customized workplace solutions utilizing Office Coffee Service, pantry programs, vending, micro markets, and workplace amenities.
- Own the entire sales process—from prospecting through implementation.
- Maintain a robust pipeline, accurate forecasting, and a relentless focus on delivering results.

- Five or more years of proven B2B sales success.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently exceed sales goals.
- Experience selling complex business solutions to executive-level decision-makers.
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with disciplined pipeline and CRM management.
- A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build a market.
