Job Summary
Lead the charge behind the scenes! As the Director of Operations, you will oversee all front and back-of-house operations to ensure efficient, top-tier service delivery. From large-scale events to daily service, you’ll manage teams, coordinate logistics, and uphold Levy’s gold standard for hospitality at Fiserv Forum.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field

5+ years of leadership in high-volume food & beverage operations
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management tools

Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and labor efficiency
-
ServSafe or local food safety certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:

Direct daily operations across concessions, premium, and warehouse teams

Lead hiring, training, and development of operational managers and hourly staff
-
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure client satisfaction
-
Implement cost control measures to meet budget and profitability targets
-
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
-
Collaborate with culinary, finance, HR, and sales departments
