Job Summary

Lead the charge behind the scenes! As the Director of Operations, you will oversee all front and back-of-house operations to ensure efficient, top-tier service delivery. From large-scale events to daily service, you’ll manage teams, coordinate logistics, and uphold Levy’s gold standard for hospitality at Fiserv Forum.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field

  • 5+ years of leadership in high-volume food & beverage operations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management tools

  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and labor efficiency

  • ServSafe or local food safety certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily operations across concessions, premium, and warehouse teams

  • Lead hiring, training, and development of operational managers and hourly staff

  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure client satisfaction

  • Implement cost control measures to meet budget and profitability targets

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  • Collaborate with culinary, finance, HR, and sales departments
