Job Summary

Job Summary: 

  • Craft Culinary Excellence at the Forefront of Entertainment! As Executive Chef, you will lead the kitchen brigade and inspire culinary excellence across the board. You will design, oversee, and execute upscale culinary experiences for guests while ensuring operational and cost efficiency. You’ll set the tone for kitchen culture, food safety, and innovative cuisine.
    Qualifications
    • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
    • Proficient in food costing, menu development, and inventory systems
    • Demonstrated ability in leading culinary teams
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communications
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead all culinary operations and kitchen teams
    • Maintain Levy culinary standards and enforce food safety guidelines
    • Train and develop kitchen personnel at all levels
    • Partner with operations and purchasing teams to manage inventory and food cost
    • Ensure quality presentation and timely execution of all menu items
    • Participate in recruitment and hiring decisions
    • Deliver engaging food experiences aligned with guest expectations
