Job Summary
Skills
· Ability to efficiently deliver food from kitchen to guests while ensuring accuracy and presentation
· Strong table maintenance skills, including clearing, cleaning, and resetting quickly
· Knowledge of basic food service, table settings, and buffet or catering setup
· Effective communication with kitchen staff, servers, and event coordinators
· Ability to multitask and prioritize during high-volume service or large events
· Safe handling of trays, dish racks, and bus tubs
· Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
· Time management skills to support both restaurant service and catered events
· Ability to assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, linens, equipment, etc.)
