Job Summary
Skills
· Ability to quickly prepare and serve high volumes of drinks with speed and accuracy
· Strong knowledge of basic cocktails, beer service, and standard pours
· Proficiency with POS systems and handling cash/card transactions efficiently
· Ability to manage long lines and maintain fast service flow
· Basic math skills for cash handling and making change
· Multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and ID verification
· Ability to restock bar supplies and maintain cleanliness during service
