Job Summary
Skills
· Advanced mixology skills, including craft cocktails, signature drinks, and classic recipes
· Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and premium ingredients
· Expertise in presentation, garnishing, and elevated drink aesthetics
· Proficiency with POS systems and handling high-value transactions
· Strong multitasking and time management in high-volume, upscale environments
· Inventory awareness and ability to maintain bar stock and organization
· Upselling and sales skills, especially with premium and luxury products
· Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety standards
